MSFS requires different methods than FSX and Prepar3D, but with MSFS the flight plan and flight file can be created programmatically like we do with FSX/P3D but that flight would then be loaded from the menu. In terms of allowing certain aspects of accessibility we have to wait for the time being to see what they do before considering an application like Ideal Flight. So far MSFS is oriented to providing enhanced image graphics to the simulation and that comes in a package ten times bigger than Prepar3D.
