Can not find the airport FSDreamTeam PHNL

...i've been putting in more thought; it always comes back to the same thing:
Let's face it, if we had to check each time there was an airport with no navaids and no navaids associated with runways, then we would be needlessly checking thousands of them...

...as with old EKCH runways do have nav associations but package carries no navdata so IF checks the original navdata for runway associations correctly.

IF can now look for airports like PHNL with no ILS associations and no navdata, and no way to know they have ILS other than visually/computationally checking possible ILS navdata in the area.

I've got IF to check suspect airports with missing runway nav associations and marry up existing navaids if it looks good. For tricky airports, the ICAO can be manually entered into a file to alert IF of the missing ILS data.

PHNL is suspected by IF and merged successfully with the original airport navdata to produce the ILS runways. [se5] uploading shortly...
