Hi Steve,
I do have "Complete Airport Set" chosen.

I am curious. In the other thread you said that IdealFlight scanned C:\users\me\documents\Prepar3D v5 Addons. My folder of that name has in it an FSUIPC folder, and folders for a few airports, most of which only contain xml files. I don't see what IdealFlight could extract from there. Do I have a problem there?

No. IF reads scenery.cfg files.

Seems we'll just have to leave the problem with the recent plans as a mystery.
BTW, IdealFlight built a plan for EGNT-LFMN with ILS frequency. All went as planned on the flight.
It's just done a plan for the return with no iLS frequency.

Thanks once again for all your help, Steve.

Sounds like a tangle of scenery files. Unfortunately I don't have enough detail to know where the problems arise. Hopefully you'll get it working with a reinstall later.

Just another thought, Steve. Is there any way I could send you the relevant files so you could assess them?

Hi Jim,

I assume you are using P3D v5?

Please can you do the following:

1. Close P3D and Ideal Flight.

2. Start up P3D from the desktop icon, go into the add-ons menu, uncheck all add-ons containing scenery/airports and apply, allow P3D to rebuild the database and exit P3D. (These add-ons can be re-enabled later.)

3. Start Ideal Flight and it should 'see' the scenery has changed, then allow IF to reindex.

This will enable me to check that P3D is OK.

Please let me know when that is done

Hi Steve,
I am on P3D v5. I've unticked all the scenery items in the Add-ons menu, but the only options thereafter are Cancel and OK. Whichever I try returns the menu as before.

Edit: With boxes ticked or unticked, below "Description" it says, "No add-on selected". I'm at a loss here.

Choosing OK to apply the changes results in the changes reverting back?

It seems you have an odd problem with your P3D installation or there is an addon that prevents proper operation of P3D.

Try this first:

1. Close all apps then choose to restart the PC.
2. Run Task Manager and check for any processes that belong to P3D and close them.
3. Repeat the original instructions I gave before to see if the add-ons changes are kept after choosing OK
