You can backup Ideal Flight from the front page: Data Recovery, Backup Data.
Then in Control Panel, you can remove Ideal Flight from Programs, Uninstall a program.
See that the data folder is gone: 'C:\ProgramData\Ideal Flight Professional'.
After that you can then install IF fresh and check what it does. Later restore with the Data Recovery menu Restore Data.
