Can you say me how to enable the AI Buddy? I didn't find it

it's in the Upgrade >augmented! When you've unlocked the upgrade with the new code go to mission page. In the Ai selection page, near the top check Ai Buddy, then a button right next to Ai Selection allows you to choose the plane and variation for your Ai Buddy. Have to wait till later when Fligt1 make the codes available, then we'll look some more at it.

I used my old serial key from Aerosoft to install SF but i have no upgrade code. Will i get this from Aerosoft directly?

Yes, or SimStop etc. will stock it. I'm not sure about the price exactly, it's around 18euros.
