...just testing the new payload override system now, sorts out this issue nicely :)

...the payload quantities are initially taken from the .cfg, then I can modify the payload quantities with a popup. The loads are compared to available load less fuel weight when the flight is built.

Aircraft: Boeing 737-600NG, PMDG House
4800
5800
5800
4800
4800
26000

...from the briefing:
Payload: 99 Passengers and Luggage, Weight: 24440 Lb, 11085 Kg
(there's a +/-5% randomness applied to all loads)

Uploading [se] Preview 5 shortly so you can see how it works

you are right, it seems to add a lot more interest to be able to load up the plane how you want it. I'll let you know as soon as I upload [se5], just working on another thing...

Steve
Nicely done! One question though...in the payload quantity page under aircraft parameters, what do the numbers in the 'Payload' column represent (e.g. 1, 2, 3)? Are they the type of payload or something else?

It's all in the help.
1=seat, 2=seating, 3=hold

you can change seating to hold and the briefing shows crew and cargo instead of passengers.
