Hey Steve!

Regarding the AI plans...right now my time is a little too stretched for me to bother doing it all manually before each flight like that but it's good to know the ability to do so is there for now incase I feel like dabbling...thanks very much for the heads-up!...and im so looking forward to the future features!!...in fact if you need help testing scenarios just give me a shout...I dont have tons of time but id be willing to offer whatever I have available for this!

IF is built and adjusted to the requirements of its users - if it can be done so economically.

I've got others requesting the Ai upgrade too, If I make it work exactly how you would like it to work, then we'll have it right for most others too.

I'm hoping to get most of the upgrades completed before next year.

Thanks very much indeed! I will let you know when I'm at that stage - won't be too long hopefully.

Best,
Steve

Hi Steve,
that's a lot of new stuff being implemented. I like the new ideas, missions in particular (I love flying my spitfire, so let's see what comes out! :) ) and the enchained destinations list. I'm already doing it somehow, but in a manual way.

Can't wait to try it!!

Keep up the good work!

Cheers

I'm still preparing the boxed version but work is now underway on the P3D version and on functions like exporting rt2 files and route planner upgrades.

Thanks for your interest, thanks again for the great support from everyone on the forum.

By the way, have you decided on your licensing model for the new version? Will it be a separate license, or covered by the existing licensed people have.

I'm asking because I'm wondering whether I should buy FSX version now and live with its spotty functionality for prepare 3-D until your release, or if I have to wait for your official version if I don't want to buy it twice.

Hi,

As you probably already know, IF is now a Flight1 product, this is why I have been unsure of the pricing strategy going forward. It's best If I wait before giving any misleading info. I find myself impatient about this point but the question will be answered very soon - over the next few weeks.

Thanks for your interest and support.

I have a strange request. I'm working on getting my PPL at the moment and have been working the VFR flightplan forms such as this:

http://www.faa.gov/documentlibrary/media/form/faa7233-1.pdf

I know you have a briefing that comes up in a web browser with various items and I think putting alot of that info in this format would be cleaner and less cluttered.

Just an idea.

Hi,

Yes it's a good idea. The problem is that professional forms just don't fit in the kneeboard. If you narrow the page down to 4-5inches across you can see it all becomes very cramped.

The IF pages and the briefing are designed to help people with not such good eyesight.

All the best,
Steve
