Ideal Flight not loading

I recently updated IdeaFlight and reindexed, however now the cursor just turns on the screen and when I force hit the arrow nothing shows up on the next screen and the cursor is still working. I wiped the IF folder and reinstalled but still now help.

I'm wondering if there is perhaps another program holding an FSX file open somehow, and IF is waiting for it.

I have installed a new add-on a/c (CS 707). I do have Active Sky Evolution running when I open IF. It seems the load times are very very long. I don't remember this in the past, but the cursor goes round and round so it seems like it is doing something in the background as I do not get a "not responding" message.

ASE is not a problem. Captain Sim is not a problem.
Are you talking about just running IF or when you run FSX from IF?
What happens if nothing else is running, and then run IF to gen a flight?

It loads, however it is still painfully slow. I was finally able to get the information to show up on screen, however it runs very very slow, even searching for a airport can take several minutes. Not sure what is going on, but something is amiss.

Not sure what is going on but I have tested other software and they are run normally. It appears IF does this no matter what is/or is not running. It appears to be processing something in the back ground and I have to right click on the screen to force menu items to come up and access different screens. Once I arrow out the information on the main screen shows up. I tried searching for some potential air ports based on my criteria and it was very slow and I believe I had to just exit out as I waited so long. I have been away for a while and I just updated. I really rely on IF to do a lot of flying so this has me in a tail spin at the moment.
