In Mission page, Missions and Vessel Landings, we can check the "No Mission box" so that when we initiate a new flight with a new search, it is during the fresh search that the mission will not be located and arranged. The mission pertains to the selected plane so that helicopters and small GA can be automatically used to incorporate a mission in the initial search during the initial flight build from our new location.
To see how this this works, locate the profile at an airport nearby large water expanses. Now clear the search and clear the built flight if any. Now in Mission page check the "No Mission" box at the top of the "Missions and Vessel Landings" selection window.
Go back to the airport page and press the new flight arrow. The initial search for airports will not incorporate a special "Mission", such as to locate a capsized vessel.
Now uncheck the "No Mission box" by selecting another option Sea Searches, from the list. Before pressing the new flight arrow, go to the Flight Generator page and clear the searched list with the "!" button on the right of the Build button.
So the nature of the item is that special missions are built once after arriving at a new location, and are cleared by clearing the searched list, and are introduced by making each new first search. The search can be done in the Flight Gen page or from the New Flight arrow.
I just checked all that through and seems to be OK. The only thing is not automatically having the list cleared when we make a new selection. There's also a menu item on the Flight Gen page popup Menu -> Submenu to clear the searched list as well as the "!" button..
Reece, Is that working in the same way on yours?
