Hi Steve

Thanks for chasing this down! Interesting results, I created a new profile (never done that before with 1600 flights) and made a simple short flight, completed it, went to the browse airport page and it displayed just fine.

I then went and switched back to the old profile, went to the browse airport page and encountered the list index error again.

That narrows it down a little more then! Don't thank me Brent, thanks go to you for being so helpful - it's got to be fixed - could it be your massive score or impressive profile glyph that causes the issues?

Brent,

In this case can you winzip the *.dat files from your profile and send me?

"C:\ProgramData\Ideal Flight 10\Profiles\0_ID"

the 5 profile dat files are:

0_Favourites.dat
0_Parked.dat
0_Profile.dat
0_Score.dat
0_Visited.dat

...might be a good idea to select a stock plane first then with the flight cleared close down IF10 before making a winzip. (can you do the explorer zip highlight the five files and do "Send to compressed").

Hi Brent,

Thanks for the .zip! Turned out perfect to show up the problem.

I think I fixed it but we won't be certain until we get 08 going on your setup.

I improved the startup times for big record profiles using your profile for some tests was handy. In future you will see less time to swap profiles on the Profile page for instance.

I'm very pleased you found the problem and put such effort into it yourself Brent - thanks again. I'm still upgrading some sections but I'll get Preview 08 uploaded as soon as it's back together again and we can take it from there. I hope it's OK, seemed fairly clear what the issue was with your data set to compare to but we shall see. :D

Hi Brent,

I have uploaded Preview 08. it cures one problem with private parking which stops the map page, so I am hoping is the issue with your profile.

Thanks again
Steve
