very long flight plan generation times

Hi Steve,
I am now experiencing very long flight plan generation times, from an average of 60 seconds to 190 seconds.
I don't remember ever having such long flight plan times.
I am sure I did something with my usual tinkering, but have no clue how to start a diagnosis.
Are there a few things for me to try?

Hi Tony,

Easy thing to do is add a new profile and try that out. Usually long build times are due to working out larger AI numbers of aircraft. I'm getting the usual build times right now, but I'm looking into your enquiry.

...could be there's an issue building the airport maps, depending on the map. I think this could be the issue. Have a look at the log after building a flight, the time to complete each section of the build is shown. The log is accessed from the popup menu after building the flight.

All seems to be OK with build times, maps build time not too bad, couple of seconds to make 15 complex images if you are using very big airports the high resolution parking areas are split into four.

The main culprits for adding to the build time are Exported files and Add-in AI aircraft can add 30 seconds depending on exports and AI count.
