Hi darem,
You probably don't want to stop it doing that otherwise certain systems won't be online usually AP, but all depends on the aircraft. So IF10 Pro defaults to loading the default.flt first.
You can disable it in the config and see how thongs work with your aircraft.
C:\ProgramData\Ideal Flight 10 Professional\Config\Config.ini
[FSSetup]
EnableStartupReload=True
EnableStartupReset=True
LoadDefaultFlight=True
Set
EnableStartupReload=False
EnableStartupReset=False
LoadDefaultFlight=False
Have a look in the Help Initial Screen / Walkthrough page - scroll down to "P3D Startup and Default Flight". In the meantime I'll have a look how this works with the current v3.4 version and if I can provide any other options now.
Instead you can try starting P3D from the IF10Pro P3D icon and then at the P3D scenario loading screen choose from the [Ideal Flight] flights.
