I'm not sure I can make any suggestions with such limited information. It couldn't be simpler, the sim starts from a flight file, the Fly! button just sends the Windows command prompt to start the sim, or if the sim is already running the Fly! button sends the Windows command prompt to restart the sim the file name is picked up in the command prompt by FSE:SE. I would have a look at your Fly inside manual. Restarted with the flight file, if there's any problem in there from the IF10 side it could be a value in the flight file. Anyway, I'll need to find out what you are doing. Are you starting IF10 with the Run as Admin checked since you are using FSX:SE it need admins privileges to run correctly.
