We're not seeing issues like this unless there is an inherant problem with the FSX installation. For example I had an issue with the PMDG panel state which simply crashed FSX as it started up.
Another more frequent example problem is scenery, as soon as you come within a certain range of corrupt scenery, fsx crashes.
You can check the .FLT and .PLN, they will be in the docs\fsx folder, open the flight file in explorer with fsx to run the flight without IF running.
All IF does is launch FSX from the command line with:
"fsx.exe ideal_flight.flt"
IF also sends FSX a request for a tiny packet of periodic information from the sim via the network, there's really nothing IF can do to cause your problem.
ideal_flight.flt is a saved flight from the plane you parked so in theory it should not cause any problems.
But you should choose a stock plane, stock scenery, default fsx.cfg and re-test if you have any problems.
