Very odd, can make the small images but not the larger ones - requires 10Mb - not very much.
do you know if you have normal virtual memory settings?

Hi Rene,

From the result of the test and checking on my old XP laptop, it seems your system can allocate enough memory for the small airport maps but not enough for the large maps. The program retries with decreasing map sizes but still fails with the large maps.

Since the requirement is around 6Mb I would say that your Page FIle is too small. I wonder if you can check the system properties performance settings virtual memory page file size, it may be disabled or set with too little disk space allocated.

Regards
Steve

Hi Steve

I have 4096 MB allocated in the virtual memory page file size.

Shall I change this value ?

I would have said that was lots, my old xp laptop had 8192, but 4096 would usually be enough. I presume you have that much space on your drive?

Hi Rene,

If there is a lots of room on your hard drive then you can increase the page file for a test or leave as is. I would be surprised if that cures it.

I would like to know; what Graphics card do you have?

Regards
Steve.

there is lots of room for increasing the page file, perhaps the graphics card offers a clue?
