Take your time. We're not in a hurry, it's only a game after all, or sort of ;)

installed rs2! selecting KORS and 74S works without redirecting to another airport! :D
Runway width is still 3ft for some airports but thats maybe due to the airport definitions in their scenery files?!

Steve,

Tried the latest build as well but still have some problems letting IF choose a set of arrival airports. FSX stock airports seem to work fine but it seems that departure addon airports with 3 feet wide runways (Orbx, i.e. 3w5) will crash IF when I ask for a set of arrival airports

There were airports with no runways in the index - fixed now.
I've been testing loads of routes and airports, all seems good. Uploading soon.

Steve,

Still no go out of 3W5. Do you want me to send you a zip file of my C:\ProgramData\Ideal Flight 10 directory so that you can check how that airport appears in the database ?

in the IF scenery listing html (globe button on map page)
Active: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\ORBX\FTX_NA\FTX_NA_PNW05_SCENERY

I've got this installed: I chose 3W5 as departure and chose 3S7 as destination and built the flight OK.
