Shared aircraft

Postby Jrobbins » Wed Nov 16, 2011 1:23 am

First off, Kudos on a great program! Keep up the good work.

When my son isn't on another trip to Afghanistan we enjoy flying around our great state of Alaska using the FSX "shared aircraft" feature connected by LAN in my home. We often use Air Hauler to add some purpose to our flights, but try as I might I can't get Ideal Flight to fit into the mix. Is it possible? It would be a perfect addition.

Make sure you both generate exactly the same flight, setting date, time, aircraft, start location, everything.

Both start with the Fly! button and once in the sim, end the flight. Now go to the multiplayer screens and one host the session, the other join.

Include slots for only two players.

Join either as multiplayer or shared cocpit.

You can also use the X button, and load the flight from FSX freeflight then start the multiplayer session.
